Hellmuth & Johnson attorney Michael Klemm served as moderator for the Shakopee Chamber of Commerce 2022 Candidate Forum on September 29, 2022, featuring candidates for Shakopee City Council, Shakopee Mayor, Shakopee School Board, Scott County Attorney, Scott County Commissioner District 3, Minnesota House District 54A, Minnesota House District 54B, and Minnesota Senate District 54.
The Shakopee Chamber of Commerce website features audio recordings of the candidate debates, videos of candidate interviews, and links to candidates’ campaign websites. The Chamber sponsors the Candidate Forum as a service to the community and does not endorse any candidate. Instead, the Chamber seeks to provide information that citizens need to make informed choices when they vote. Election Day is Tuesday, November 8.
