Each year, CAI honors a select group of individuals who have made significant contributions to CAI and the community association way of life.
Klemm is a partner in the real estate group of Hellmuth & Johnson. He represents and advises a wide range of clients, including cities, developers, builders, lenders, businesses, individuals, and associations. He has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of residential and commercial property.
Klemm is an MSBA Certified Real Property Law Specialist and a member of the MCIOA committee of the MSBA Real Property Law Section. He has been named to The Best Lawyers in America© list for real estate law the past two consecutive years.
