Michele R. Loughrey Joins Hellmuth & Johnson as Estate Planning and Real Estate Partner

EDINA, MN – May 3, 2018 – Hellmuth & Johnson, a growing Top 20 Minnesota law firm, announced today that Michele R. Loughrey has joined the firm as a Partner. Her practice includes estate planning and real estate law.

Loughrey delivers solutions for her clients to plan for their lifetimes and their wishes upon death. This is accomplished through a variety of estate planning strategies and documents, including wills, trusts, health care directives, powers of attorney, and more.

In addition to estate planning, Loughrey guides clients in residential and commercial real estate matters. This includes representation ranging from purchase agreements and contract for deeds to title insurance issues, quiet title actions and proceeding subsequents.

Active in her community, Loughrey has served as a Judge for the Minnesota High School Mock Trial Program, volunteers her legal services through her church, participates in the Wills for Heroes program, and has been recognized as a North Star Lawyer.
