EDINA, MINN. (Sept. 17, 2019) – Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that Rachel M. Dahl has been named a 2019 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer. The annual listing honors lawyers who distinguish themselves in their first 10 years of practice through professional accomplishment, leadership and service to the community and the legal profession.
Dahl is a member of Hellmuth & Johnson’s Estate Planning team, representing individual and corporate trustees and fiduciaries on a full spectrum of estate and trust matters. Her practice includes comprehensive estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset protection planning, business formation and succession planning, farm business formation and succession planning, real estate, business, and agriculture law.
Dahl is an active member of various groups, including the Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota State Bar Associations, Team Women of Minnesota, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce, Farm Bureau and Farmer’s Union, and the Financial Planning Association (FPA). In addition, she has participated in community Rotarian groups, the Jeremiah Program, the Minnesota Planned Giving Council, a district ethics committee, coached mock trial, and served on various boards.
