EDINA, MN – February 7, 2017 – Hellmuth & Johnson announced today Stephen M. Ringquist has joined the firm as an Associate. His practice covers corporate law, finance, securities, and real estate law.
With over a decade of legal and business experience, Ringquist has served as corporate and transactional counsel to numerous successful companies across many different industries, and has developed deep technical and practical experience through a variety of business, real estate and banking transactions. Additionally, he has represented counties, cities, developers, local businesses, banks, and individuals in both transactional and litigation cases.
Ringquist was most recently at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. and is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and Texas. He received his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from St. John’s University.
