Susan Stokes and Terry Moore will be speaking on farm transitions at the “Map of My Kingdom” program in Mantorville, Minnesota.
“Map of My Kingdom” is a play sharing stories of how farmers and landowners have approached their farmland transitions. It covers issues like: Who’s going to get the farm? And what are they going to do with it? Will the plans made create harmony or strife for the family?
Written by Iowa’s Poet Laureate, Mary Swander, the play is being brought to Minnesota by Renewing the Countryside and will be performed on Sunday, November 13 from 2pm-4pm at the historic Mantorville Opera House.
