SEMINAR: Estate Plans That Work

This workshop will serve as an introduction to various techniques and tools used in creating an effective Estate Plan such as Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives.

This workshop will cover: “The Basics of All Estate Plans”

  • Explains: Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and HIPAAs
  • Why most plans don’t work
  • Saving taxes
  • Avoiding probate
  • Taxes— gift and probate
  • Protecting the assets of the client against divorce and lawsuit
  • Dealing with the MN Estate Tax
  • Proper funding of the estate plan
