Alexis Rohach’s path to family law is both personal and professional. Before becoming a family law attorney, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk, where she gained valuable insight into the legal process and the thoughtful decision-making that takes place behind the scenes. Today, she uses that experience to guide clients through some of life’s most difficult transitions with confidence and compassion.
As someone whose parents divorced when she was young, she also understands that family law cases affect far more than just the legal issues—they shape the lives of parents and, most importantly, their children. That experience is why she strives to keep children at the center of every case, helping families find practical, thoughtful solutions that support their long-term well-being.
In addition to her legal experience, Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from North Dakota State University, which provides valuable insight when cases involve complex financial matters. Whether working through property division, business interests, retirement accounts, or support calculations, she enjoys helping clients understand the financial aspects of their case so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
