Miller Law Offices, P.A. was established in 1996 by the late Scott Miller in Tyler, Minnesota, with a goal of empowering individuals and families by making them aware of specific estate planning services and asset protection strategies available under the law. In 2004 the name changed to Miller Legal Strategic Planning Centers, P.A., and in November of 2021, Miller Legal Strategic Planning Centers became a division of Hellmuth & Johnson.

Cole practices in the areas of estate planning and closely held business law. Cole prepares succession plans for business owners and serves as general counsel for small to mid size companies across a variety of industries. In that role, Cole regularly counsels his clients through sales and acquisitions of businesses and real estate.

Jeremy practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, business and corporate transactions, real estate, farm and business succession planning, and agricultural law. His extensive legal knowledge enables him to work with business owners and farmers on matters ranging from business agreements and corporate governance to financing transactions, joint ventures and other business transactions.
