Anne Regan is a partner at Hellmuth & Johnson who advocates for individuals, workers, small businesses, and public clients in complex litigation across the country. Her practice focuses on consumer protection, insurance, antitrust, housing, employment, and data breach matters, particularly cases involving unfair practices, market abuse, or other conduct that harms consumers, workers, and small businesses.
Anne is committed to using litigation to level the playing field and help clients pursue meaningful relief. Drawing on experience across multiple industries, she identifies patterns of misconduct, anticipates defense strategies, and develops thoughtful, effective litigation approaches tailored to each matter. Her work has resulted in multi-million dollar class and mass action recoveries.
Courts have recognized Anne’s experience and leadership by appointing her as Class or Lead Counsel in multiple class actions and to leadership positions in multidistrict litigation. She also spent nearly a decade providing litigation and advisory services to a state pension fund and served as Special Assistant Attorney General to the State of New Mexico in litigation involving antitrust and consumer fraud issues in the payment card industry.
