Ethan W. Malark
Ethan Malark is an associate attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisition, business and corporate law and real estate law. Ethan’s practice is driven by his passion for business and his intense curiosity. After working in a broad range of industries from logistics and sales to excavation and construction, Ethan found that practicing law allows him to effectively work in all of the industries that he loves.
Each client’s unique business satisfies Ethan’s intense curiosity and helping them achieve their goals satisfies his passion for business.
In his experience, all industries share a common trait in that success is ultimately built upon long-term relationships.
