Biography: Jeremy C. Stier

Jeremy C. Stier is a partner with Hellmuth & Johnson and practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, business and corporate transactions, real estate, farm/business succession planning, and agricultural law. He works collaboratively with his clients to develop legal solutions that will help them achieve their unique objectives. His diverse legal practice allows him to work in a variety of areas and industries giving him extensive knowledge that he can use to optimize outcomes for his clients.

Jeremy doesn’t just work to solve the clients’ immediate question. He anticipates the next issue or complexity so he can prevent future problems from arising. Clients value Jeremy’s sincerity, honesty, pragmatism, and creativity. He cares about his clients’ goals and takes every opportunity to assist his clients in accomplishing them. Many of his clients regard him as a combination of attorney/business and family counselor/confident, which has allowed him to grow valuable, long-term relationships with them.

Jeremy is licensed to practice in Minnesota state courts.

Jeremy graduated magna cum laude from St. Olaf College with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. He received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law where he graduated cum laude, was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was on the Dean's Honor Roll.
