Jonathan R. Engel
Jonathan Engel brings years of experience in family court litigation which includes divorce, custody and other related matters. Jonathan is a child-centric attorney who is passionate about children and helping families find solutions that are in the best interests of them.
Jonathan’s approach is to work early with clients and other parties in a collaborative manner to find an early resolution to disputes. This will keep costs minimal and social science indicates that early resolutions are often best for children. Jonathan’s extensive trial experience aids his clients in understanding their case if it was to go to trial and what type of settlement is appropriate. Jonathan has experience handling complex financial and social matters, which include child custody, spousal maintenance, large property division, child support, domestic violence, and other matters.
Aside from practicing law, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his children and wife, pickup basketball, and summer BBQs.
