McIntosh has represented clients in various transactional related matters, including commercial and residential real estate, for-profit and non-profit entity formation and governance, business mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Her clients include small, medium, and large businesses, financial institutions, service industries, professional advisors, real estate developers, non-profits, and individuals. She serves on the communications committee for the Minnesota State Bar Association Real Property Law Section.
McIntosh obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
