Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Colleen (Kelley) E. Scrocca has joined the firm in the Estate Planning practice group.
Scrocca’s practice will focus on estate planning, trusts, high-net-worth planning, asset protection planning, gift tax, generation-skipping, trust administration and probate. She holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning and has worked exclusively in this area of law for 20 years. Her services range from simple wills, powers of attorney and living wills to incorporation of more complex trusts, addressing special needs, formation of LLC’s or other business entities and transfer of assets. She also has experience forming non-profits, private foundations and helping to establish scholarships and endowments.
Scrocca earned her LL.M. in Estate Planning from University of Miami School of Law, her J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School, and her B.A. from St. Cloud State University. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts, Florida State Courts, Pennsylvania State Courts, New Jersey State Courts, Illinois State Courts, Delaware State Courts, South Dakota State Courts, and United States Tax Court.
