Brian Niemczyk to speak at the Crime Free Multi-Housing Training

On February 18th, the City of Eden Prairie will be hosting a Crime Free Multi-Housing (CFMH) training session, and H&J’s Brian Niemczyk will be the Legal Issues presenter.

The Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program is a voluntary, 3-phased initiative designed to make rental properties safer using a combination of landlord training, property surveys and tenant education. CFMH exists in over 1,200 cities in the United States and Canada. The program has proven to be a valuable asset to several metropolitan communities in the Twin Cities and we are proud to offer the program here in the City of Eden Prairie.

Professionals will be presenting throughout the day giving attendees tips, tricks and knowledge regarding rental properties and landlord/tenant issues. Upon completion of the session, attendees will receive a “Phase I” certificate acknowledging their attendance and training in the program. This training is recommended for owners, landlords, managers, maintenance workers and other managerial staff who work with rental properties and/or tenants.

Location: Fire Station #1 located at 14800 Scenic Heights Road in Eden Prairie (next to City Hall)
