Barnett joined Hellmuth & Johnson’s litigation team in 2012. His practice focuses on real estate, construction, and business law. He assists his clients with a variety of legal issues including: complex multi-party litigation; commercial disputes, including real estate conflicts, business disputes, and tort actions; construction disputes, including construction defect matters and liens; corporate law and litigation; insurance claim and coverage analysis; trust and estate litigation; and land use, mineral rights, and real estate disputes.
