Samantha Graf is a partner at Hellmuth & Johnson and serves as the administrative head of the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group. She has a unique dual practice that focuses on Estate Planning and Family Law. She represents clients in a variety of contested probate matters, including disputed wills and trusts, beneficiary representation, and assistance in administering an estate. She also represents clients in family law matters including divorce, post-decree matters, and custody issues. Additionally, she assists clients in navigating the guardianship and conservatorship process, this includes assisting clients to become appointed through the Court as caretaker or financial decision maker for those who are unable to do for themselves. She is a Rule 114 Qualified Family Mediation Neutral.
