Samantha J. Graf
Samantha J. Graf is an attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson, focusing her practice on Estate Planning, Probate and Family Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Samantha has represented clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, post-decree matters, and custody issues. Samantha has also represented clients in a variety of contested probate matters and assisted many clients in administering an estate.
Samantha was named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Stars list 2017 – 2020. Only 2.5% of young attorneys in the state are chosen each year.
Samantha obtained her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN, where she was active with the Hamline Law Review. Samantha is admitted to practice in the Federal & State Courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. She earned her B.S. from University of Wisconsin River Falls, with a major in Psychology & Communication Studies.
