Wyatt also regularly represents clients in construction disputes on claims of negligence, defect, delay, warranty, and breach of contract. Wyatt has conducted hundreds of successful foreclosures and workouts, recovering millions of dollars in property and real-estate for his clients. EXPERIENCE

  • Represented a national home builder in obtaining a very favorable settlement of claims seeking more than $10 million in alleged construction and engineering defects.
  • Represented a national retailer during COVID-19 in renegotiating and litigating leases throughout the US as part of an effort that resulted in $60 million in rent reductions for the client.
  • Represented a national bank in the foreclosures and sales of hundreds of properties securing distressed loans.
  • 2021: Successfully completed foreclosure, replevin, and resale of an entire hotel and restaurant involving collateral in multiple states.
  • 2021: Recovery on all collateral properties on a junior mortgage secured by six properties in three counties pledged by four different owners.
  • 2022: Obtained judgment for client and order for foreclosure in excess of $800,000 following trial on validity of an incomplete mortgage.
  • 2022: Obtained judgment in excess of $1.6 million for client in mortgage and asset-based lending dispute.
