Hellmuth & Johnson Welcomes Three Attorneys to the Firm

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – (Nov. 25, 2019) – Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to welcome attorneys Heidi Bassett, Alex Mueller, and Katie Herman to the firm.

Heidi Bassett is a litigation and appellate attorney, specializing in banking, business, real estate, and construction. She is a trusted adviser- balancing client legal needs with corporate objectives and financial realities. She is an experienced trial attorney and has represented clients in more than 200 appeals. She obtained her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Alex Mueller’s practice is concentrated on copyright, trademark, and media law. She advises businesses, artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs in transactional matters, including business formation/structure, drafting and negotiating agreements, licenses, vendor agreements, and intellectual property matters. Mueller obtained her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Katherine Herman represents various clients in a broad range of litigated disputes and advising matters. She practices principally in the areas of appeals, class action litigation, complex litigation, and business litigation. She represents clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. Herman obtained her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline in St. Paul, Minnesota.
