Biography: Daniel K. Asiedu

Daniel K. Asiedu is a litigation attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson, focusing his practice on Employment and Labor Law, Class Action Litigation, Construction Defects and Collections, Creditor Remedies & Bankruptcy.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel defended client’s interests in different areas of workers’ compensation, with overlaps in employment law and subrogation. During law school, Daniel clerked as a judicial extern and after law school for a state district court Judge, where he gained invaluable experience learning the litigation process.

Daniel obtained his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN, where he was active in Rosalie Wahl Moot Court. Daniel is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. from Rhode Island College, with a major in Justice Studies and his M.S in Global Studies and International Affairs from Northeastern University.
