Biography: Faline M. Williams

Faline Williams is a litigation attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson, focusing her practice on business litigation, class action litigation, and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Faline served as a Judicial Law Clerk in Dakota County, conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, orders, judgments, and decrees. The experience sparked an interest in the judicial process and litigation. During law school Faline externed with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and worked as a legal research assistant at the Public Health Law Center during her last year in law school.

Faline obtained her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN, where she was active in the Environmental Law Society; Black Law Student Association; Federal Bar Association; and BMI Cardozo Copyrights Moot Court. She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Minnesota. She earned her B.S. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Honolulu, HI, with a major in Global Environmental Science.
